PERFECTION
Brighton Tru-Edge Heads
is committed to manufacturing the highest quality polished heads
in the industry. Our polishing equipment includes the world's premier
head polishing system, a "Farros Blatter" head
polisher. This machine is capable of polishing to a 3 Ra finish
(across grain) up to a 252" diameter head (ID or OD polish).

Brighton has
additional capabilities to polish even larger heads. Brighton prefers
polishing requirements in terms of Ra (Roughness Average), in lieu of
"grit finish", which is not a measurable standard. We
utilize state of the art measuring devices to assure our customers a
quality polish to desired Ra values. Please contact your salesperson
