RECENT PROJECTS
The
pictures below are of a flared ring section made from Hastelloy
G30. The inside diameter of the piece is 51"
 
The picture
below is of a 144" diameter head made from duplex 2205.
Brighton polished the outside of the head and was able to provide cost
savings to the customer by supplying the fittings as well.
The picture
on the left below is a 295" diameter dollar cap that will be
fit into a 342" diameter head. The picture on the right shows
the segments being fit up and match marked. Brighton was able to
provide a machined double bevel on the dollar cap in order to save time
when final assembly takes place in the field.
