RECENT PROJECTS
The picture
below is a 120" diameter hemisphere made from aluminum. We
were able to fit the hemisphere in our flanger in order to resize.
Depending on the size of the hemisphere, we have the capability to add
straight flange and even provide a machine bevel!
Another
recent project completed was a clad Flued Toricone. The cladding
was 316L with a carbon steel backer. With our machine capabilities,
we were able to provide a machined stripback on the cladding as well as
our Tru-Edge bevel on the backer. The pictures provided below are
before the inside and outside of the head was skim-polished and
after.
